How can I order?

Can I cancel my order?
If you like to change or cancel your order please contact us immediately by emailing our R&D department via email@example.com.
Please note that once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse then we won’t be able to cancel or change your order, however you still can get refund or exchange on the item if you return the item in saleable condition. To do this please read our return and refund policy.
Can I add items to my order?
If you like to add items to your order after you have completed the checkout process then please contact us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, contact detail and new product number that you like add to your order.
I received the wrong item?
If you have received the wrong item from us then please contact us immediately via email@example.com and we will investigate straight away.
My order is missing?
If you have received an item that is missing parts then please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and contact detail and we will investigate straight away.
Please note if you received a parcel that is broken or damaged then please do not accept.
How much is delivery?
Delivery charges are varied and depend on the type of service you chose
Do I have to pay delivery charges if I want to exchange the item?
No, we will not charge you again for delivery; however you have to pay the cost of returning the items to us
When will my item arrive?
Delivery of your item will depend on the type of delivery service you have chosen. We aim to dispatch all item within 2 working days
What if I miss the delivery?
If you have missed the delivery, our courier will leave a card and take the goods back to the depot where you can collect or alternative you can call the courier company and rearrange the item for delivery.
Do I need to sign for delivery?
Yes, we will need your signature upon receiving the item.

Can I return my item?
Yes we are happy to refund or exchange for an item you not completely happy with within 14 days of receipt provided the item you have purchased is in saleable condition.

If you like to return your items for refund or exchange then you will have to pay the cost for returns yourself.
When will I received my exchange?
The exchange process can take up 14 working days and depend on the stock availability. If the item is out of stock then we will issue full refund.

We will issue you refund once we have received the items and items are inspected by us, the refund process can take up to 14 working days.
