Reeha Ltd guarantees to refund or exchange on any purchase you not completely happy with within 14 days of receipt provided the item you have purchased is in saleable condition.

If the item you have return for exchange or refund is not in saleable condition then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on item.

Please note that we do not refund or exchange any item purchased in jewellery and accessories section for hygiene reason unless the item is deemed faulty.

To return an item please send the item to address given below with a copy of invoice or your contact details along with Order/ Invoice number. Also please mention what do you want Refund / Exchange. The management holds no responsibility for any parcel received without any identification.

Please ensure that the clothes we send are tried with utmost care that they do not in any way get stained or soiled.

Upon receipt of your return a refund will be issued within 14 days. All returns need to be sent to:
